2026 Sky Calendar

The sky keeps its own calendar. Planets slow, stop and turn retrograde; the Moon fills and empties twelve or thirteen times a year; and a few times a year the Sun, Moon and Earth line up closely enough for an eclipse. None of it is mystical bookkeeping — it is geometry you can predict centuries ahead.

This calendar is calculated directly from the Swiss Ephemeris, the same engine professional astronomers and astrologers rely on. There is no guesswork and no rounding to the nearest headline: each moment below is the real instant of the event, given in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Convert to your own timezone as needed.
